Minya International Corporation was founded in February 1981 in Southern California. Minya International started with electronic products such as designer clocks, calculators, radios and novelty telephones etc. Selling to gift industry and focusing mainly on the retail market. Stationery stores, gift shops, department stores, mail order companies all are our major markets. Continuously bring in brand new products to fit the changing lifestyle demands; we have now over 700 products. Our markets extend from the United States to Canada, Mexico, and South America countries.
In 1991 we jointed in ASI and getting into Advertising Specialty and Promotional Product markets. Combining the experience we have from the gift market, we diversified our products into a wide-variety of categories, fitting in different “theme” markets. Selecting and developing special products for industries such as computer, automobile, medical and health care, household, financial . . . etc. Some high perceived value products for corporate gifts and tailor made products for incentive or premium programs.
We make our products with quality functionality as well as aesthetically-pleasing designs while still keeping retail requirements in mind. We believe that without “gift” sense, no item can be called or used as a business gift. In both retail and ASI markets, we have achieved tremendous success while not conflicting with each other. Following this direction, we are bringing in new fresh and innovative ideas every year.
From design, manufacturing, and logo imprinting to special packaging, we strive to accommodate all our customer needs. Our on time deliveries along with two decades of reliable service give customer peace of mind with every order. Our goal is finding “Smiles” from every of our customers.
PURCHASE ORDERS
All orders need to have a valid PO number and must be submitted in writing.
SAMPLE/BLANK GOODS
Blank goods will be billed at EQP plus freight. No minimum quantity is required and usually ships within 48 hours.
IMPRINT OPTIONS
SILKSCREEN/PAD PRINT
All prices include one color / one position imprint plus $50.00 (v) set-up charge. Each additional color / position, add $40.00 (v) set-up plus running charge:
· Under 250 pieces: $0.45 (v) per piece
· 251 – 499 pieces: $0.35 (v) per piece
· 500 pieces and up: $0.30 (v) per piece
Laser Engraving
Set-up charge is $60.00 (v) per position plus running charge:
· Metal products: $0.75 (v) per piece
· Crystal & Glass products: $2.50 (v) per piece
Personalization
Silkscreen / Pad print: $40.00 (v) set-up charge plus running charge of $4.00 (v) per piece
Laser Engraving: $60.00 (v) set-up charge plus running charge of $2.50 (v) per piece
REPEAT ORDER
Repeat order only applies to exact artwork. Set-up charge is $30.00 (v) per color / position plus running charge (if applicable). Specify the PO and Minya’s Invoice or Job order number of the previous order.
PRODUCTION TIME
Imprint Orders: 7 – 10 business days for credit-established accounts. Rush service is available, please call for quote.
PAPER PROOF
One artwork proof is provided at no charge with order acknowledgment within 24–48 hours. Each additional proof or revision will be charged at $20.00 (v).
To approve, fax signed copies of both Proof and Acknowledgment form including prepayment.
PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF / SPEC SAMPLE
Spec samples will be charged product cost plus set-up and freight. There is no set-up charge if the actual order is received within the next 2 weeks. Otherwise, repeat set-up of $30.00(v) per color / position is applied.
ARTWORK
Artwork must be sent together with the purchase order.
· Vector format, jpg is not accepted.
· All text needs to be converted to outlines.
· Artwork file can be accepted in the following formats: PDF, EPS or AI.

$25.00 (v) minimum charge

CANCELLATIONS
Minya reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee which will include all the cost incurred up to the cancellation date.
SELF PROMOTION
Self Promotion is priced at end quantity pricing (EQP). Minimum quantity is required. Set-up charge is $25.00 net per color / position plus running charge (if applicable).
CO-OP PROGRAM
CO-OP program is at end quantity pricing (EQP). Minimum quantity is required.
LESS THAN MINIMUM
$40.00 (v) for imprint orders below minimum quantity listed.
No minimum quantity is required for blank items.
DROP / SPLIT SHIPMENTS
We can ship your order to multiple locations. We will bill $10.00 (v) handling per additional location.
USPS shipments: Add $15.00(v) delivery service charge.
RETURNS
Returns or Claims must be made within 15 days after received shipment and Minya will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Minya will not accept any return package without an RA number. Freight must be prepaid for all returned products.
BATTERIES
Batteries are included for most items unless otherwise specified. Minya also provides “AA” and “AAA” batteries at an additional $0.30(R) per piece. Batteries will be included in the packaging, not inserted.
WARRANTY
Minya’s products carry 1-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Batteries excluded.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· Net-30 days to established accounts only
· Prepayment is required for new accounts
· To establish terms; credit references must be provided; it will be subject to credit checking and usually takes 7-10 days.
· Wire transfers or credit cards are accepted for international accounts
· Minya accepts most credit cards
