RETURNS
Returns or Claims must be made within 15 days after received shipment and Minya will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Minya will not accept any return package without an RA number. Freight must be prepaid for all returned products.
CANCELLATIONS
Minya reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee which will include all the cost incurred up to the cancellation date
