PURCHASE ORDERS

All orders must have PO # and must be submitted in writing. Any changes must be requested in writing too. Phone orders are not accepted.

OVER / UNDERRUNS

Every effort is made the ship exact order quantity; however, Minya International Corp. reserves the right to ship 5% over or under quantity ordered and bill accordingly.

SAMPLE/BLANK GOODS ORDERS

Blank goods will be billed at E.Q.P., it's considered final and cannot be returned for credit. No minimum quantity is required and usually ship within 48 hours for customer with approved credit.

SILKSCREEN/PAD PRINT:

All prices include one color / one location imprint plus $50.00 (v) Set-up charge. For each additional color/position add $40.00 (v) Set-up plus running charge: Under 250 pieces $0.45(v) per piece, 250-499 $0.35(v) per piece and 500 pieces and up $0.30 (v) per piece

LASER ENGRAVING

3 lines of copy or size 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" Please call for quote on larger size or special logo. Set-up charge is $60.00(v) per location plus running charge:

Metal & Wood Products: $0.75(v) per piece, Crystal & Glass products: $2.50(v) per piece and Crystal Key chains: $1.25 (v) per piece.

SANDBLASTING PROCESS

Set-up charge of $60.00(v) plus running charge of $6.00(v) per piece Normal production time 2-3 weeks after order confirmation

PERSONALIZATION

Silk screen/Pad print: $40.00 (v) Set-up charge; plus 2.50(v) per piece running charge

Laser Engraving: $60.00(V) plus $2.50 (v) per piece running charge

REPEAT ORDER

Repeat set-up is $30.00(v) per color/location, plus running charge (If apply) – Please specify the most recent Purchase Order or Minya’s Job order number.

PRODUCTION TIME:

Blank Goods: 24 – 48Hrs. Imprint Orders; 10 – 15 Working days for credit established accounts. For imprint Orders copy of the artwork must be fax together with the PO. Rush Service is available, call for quote and availability.

PAPER PROOF:

One fax paper proof is provided at no charge with order acknowledgment within 24-48 hrs additional paper proof or revision will be charge at $10.00 (v)

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF / SPEC SAMPLE:

Set-up charge, plus cost of unit & freight. Allow 3-5 working days after paper proof approval. Repeat set-up of $30.00(v) per color/position is applied for actual order plus running charge if it applies.

CANCELLATION:

Must be confirmed in writing and are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $50.00(v) plus all cost incurred to date; will be billed accordingly.

For Special Orders; no cancellation is accepted.

ARTWORK

Copy of artwork must be faxed together with Purchase Order. We accept clean and sharp black & white camera ready artwork. Color separation artwork is required if imprint more than 1 color.

Electronic vector artwork can be accepted in the following formats: PS, PDF, EPS, Adobe illustrator and Corel Draw - PC compatible format only, please email artwork to artwork@minyausa.com

If artwork requires Touch-up, typesetting or reconstruction $25.00(v) minimum will be charged. Minya will inform customer before proceeding.

PMS COLOR MATCH: No charge (Pantone guide 1000)

LESS THAN MINIMUM

We will bill $40.00(v) surcharge of handling for imprinted order. Call for details.

DROP/SPLIT SHIPMENT

FOB Fullerton, CA $6.50(v) per shipment after the first location. Customer must provide UPS or Fed-Ex account number

RETURN GOODS

All merchandise without returned authorization from Minya is not accepted. Returns or claims must be made within 15 days, if fails to give notice within 15 days customer is bound to pay for the goods. Freight must be prepaid. Returned items with imprinted logo may be replaced with no imprinted items. No credit or replacement merchandise will be issued for product unavailable to return to factory. 

BATTERIES

Batteries are included for most items unless otherwise noted. Minya also provide battery for AA or AAA size at additional $0.30(R) per piece. Battery can be included in packaging, not inserted.

PACKAGING

Most MINYA products are individually gift boxed and come with instructions.

WARRANTY

All MINYA products carry 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use, battery excluded.

TERMS

Net-30 to established accounts. First orders are subject to pre-payment. Minya accepts most credit cards.

Open account will be required credit references and it will be subject to credit checking, usually takes about 3 weeks.

All photography of products and trademarks in this catalog are for the sole purpose of displaying our imprint positions and capabilities, do not imply any endorse, nor are items with these specific logos for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by owner for such design.
