PPAI Code of Conduct

Minya has adopted the PPAI Code of Conduct, details can be found here.  

 

CPSIA

Minya does not sell toys or children's related products and none of our products are on CPSIA's list of non-children’s products and thus do not require a General Certificate of Conformity.  

 

Prop 65

Minya is exempt from Prop 65 labeling requirements as our company has less than 10 employees, see details here.  We can still provide warning labels at no charge upon upon request for any orders shipping within California.  Requests must be clearly indicated on purchase orders with large fonts.  Warning labels are applied to the product shipping carton.
